Order Process & Delivery

Please note that the order processing period for all Hairpinness products is 8-18 WORKING days. This excludes weekends and public holidays. The hair is shipped from China & customized by Hairpinness. All Hairpinness wigs are custom made, meaning that they are made from scratch and the closure/frontal is customized.

What does a customized closure/frontal mean? This simply means that the lace of your closure/frontal is bleached and the hairline is plucked. . 

Delivery takes between 2-7 working days nationwide, after your package has been sent out.
