Exchange/Return Policy

- No refunds are offered on any of our products.

- If there is a problem with your hair, which is from our side, we will ship the hair back to us and rectify our mistake. 

- If, for some reason, you would like to exchange the wig then it should be returned to Hairpinness in its original form and packaging. This means that the hair should be in the same style and condition that your received it in, no cut lace, no styled hair, no dyed/bleached hair and the hair has not been worn. 

- We offer an exchange/return period of 5 days from the day you receive your package.
